Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying talent to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for spotting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and career websites
• Source and screen candidates through resumes, job portals, and social media
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Ensure a smooth interview and selection process
• Draft offer letters and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies if needed

Qualifications:-

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
