Job Description

As an HR Generalist Operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, and serving as a point of contact for all employee matters. Additionally, you will drive meaningful engagement programs and initiatives to enhance team culture and morale, as well as develop, document, and implement robust HR policies, SOPs, and HRMS workflows for smooth operations. You will also be tasked with managing internal talent acquisition for support and strategic roles, collaborating with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements. Furthermore, you will maintain employee records, statutory registers, and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal audits. The ideal candidate for this role should have 10+ years of HR experience in a mid to large-sized company, preferably in staffing, logistics, or manpower-driven industries. Hands-on experience in building processes, team management, and handling escalations with maturity is essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with senior leadership are also key qualifications for this position. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift with a performance bonus.,
