HR Systems Analyst Workday

As the HR Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial global role, collaborating with the HR Systems Manager and team to offer functional and technical support for HR systems, particularly Workday. The ideal candidate should be a self-directed learner who is enthusiastic about providing lasting solutions to a diverse array of challenges. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Independently or collaboratively managing the entire project life cycle, encompassing requirement gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and maintenance. - Emphasizing the significance of proper documentation and work tracking. - Skillfully troubleshooting Workday configuration issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring timely resolutions. - Identifying opportunities to optimize or enhance process workflows and determining where functionality aligns with or diverges from user requests. - Ensuring compliance of Workday benefits and absence configurations with regulatory standards. - Developing, maintaining, and analyzing various Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports. - Monitoring system performance and suggesting optimizations as needed. - Overseeing integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, internal systems, and third-party systems, resolving any identified issues in collaboration with the Integrations team. - Creating process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training materials. - Reviewing, testing, and communicating the impact of semi-annual Workday releases to stakeholders. - Staying updated on Workday functionality through the Workday Community and proactively seeking out new features and opportunities that benefit the business and end-users. Key qualifications for this role include: - Holding a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, computer science, or information technology. - Possessing a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM. - Having completed 2 or more Benefit Implementations projects. - Demonstrating expertise in Core HCM and Absence Module functionalities. - Experience in maintaining and managing large-scale HR systems, preferably on a global scale. - Understanding of Workday design, structure, functions, and processes. - Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements effectively. - Proven capability to collaborate in a global organizational setting, particularly with HR team members. - Familiarity with human resources terminology and practices is preferred. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Upholding high ethical standards and professionalism in handling confidential information. - A team player mindset, capable of working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.,
