Hr Service Delivery Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Client Needs: Act as the Business Product Owner for the People & Operations teams ServiceNow HRSD platform, representing business requirements to the Technology team.

• Collaborate on Large-Scale Projects: Partner with the Digital Operations Manager and Product Owner to deliver impactful ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

• Drive Requirements Gathering: Work closely with People & Operations team stakeholders to document and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Lead User Testing: Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the platform meets stakeholder expectations and resolving bugs or defects.

• Enhance Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

• Support Change Management: Partner with the Change team to drive effective communication and change management initiatives globally.

• Ensure Project Success: Collaborate with the PMO to meet project milestones and deliverables on time.

Qualifications:

• Technical Experience: 5-7 years of experience in workflow technology workflows, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD.

• HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology, policies and best practices.

• Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.

• Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience in agile project environments and working in virtual, cross-functional teams.

• Problem Solving: Proven ability to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements to drive efficiency and deliver an excellent user experience.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage complex workflows.

• Global Experience: Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantag
