Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements from respective department heads and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source suitable candidates through recruitment portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and assess candidates based on relevant knowledge, skills, experience, soft skills, attitude, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates and internal teams to ensure timely interview feedback, selection, and offer closure.
Maintain regular communication with selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
Manage employee joining and exit formalities, ensuring all documentation is completed as per company procedures.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, including hiring requirements, candidate profiles sourced, interview status, and selection details.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
