Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Write jobs: Create and update clear job descriptions with hiring managers.
  • Source talent: Find candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
  • Screen resumes: Review applications and run initial phone or video chats.
  • Coordinate steps: Schedule interviews and manage feedback with team leads.
  • Make offers: Handle salary talks, send job offers, and help new hires onboard.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hiring experience or talent sourcing.
  • Soft skills: Great listening, talking, and people skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
