Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee and candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
