Job Description:
Selected person’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.- Conduct preliminary interviews and filter candidates for open positions.- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.- Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and employment agreements.- Conduct background verification and ensure all employee records are updated.- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance requirements.- Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) and employee database.- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.- Handle employee grievances and escalate concerns when necessary.- Process resignations and conduct exit interviews.- Ensure smooth full & final settlements for departing employees.- Maintain records of employee exits and generate relevant reports.- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required by the organization.
