Job Description

Role : HR Recruiter

Location : Shenoy nagar, Chennai

Experience - 0 - 1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

Role & responsibilities

Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
Recruitment & Selection (Job post and sourcing profiles in Naukri and LinkedIn)
Orientation and Induction program for new employees and training existing employees.
Monitoring employee performance.
Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
Communicating with employees about issues affecting their performance.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Handling compensation , Travel allowance and other reimbursements

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or prior experience in human resource(M.sc/MBA/M.A HR)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record-keeping
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
