Position Details

Position: Senior Officer – HR
Experience: 2–3 years
Work Mode: 5 days’ Work From Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
Hiring Mandate: Lateral and Bulk Hiring, primarily F&A (Finance & Accounts)
Communication: Excellent communication skills required

Job Responsibilities

WORK FROM OFFICE ( Andheri MIDC, Mumbai)

Manage end-to-end lateral and bulk recruitment activities.
Handle hiring requirements primarily for Finance & Accounts (F&A) profiles.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining candidate quality.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Requirements

Exposure to Finance & Accounts recruitment will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination, sourcing, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
