Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, feedback, and follow-ups.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Manage candidate queries and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Required Skills:

Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Proficiency in MS Excel and job portals.
Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
