As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will be working closely with the recruitment team to support our hiring process. Key Responsibilities : Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Support in conducting walk-in interviews and recruitment drives. Assist in employee onboarding and documentation processes. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Requirements : Fresh graduates with MBA in Human Resources or BE/B.Tech. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Interest in learning about HR processes and recruitment. Basic understanding of MS Office tools.
