We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.). In this leadership role, you will manage a team of Salesforce professionals and drive both the strategic and operational aspects of project delivery. You will work closely with clients, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce project execution. What You ll Do: Leadership Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Salesforce professionals, including developers, architects, consultants, and administrators. Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the Salesforce practice. Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), ensuring quality, on-time, and within-budget execution. Lead planning and execution of project roadmaps, ensuring the alignment of scope, schedule, and resources to client expectations. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met and the solution aligns with client objectives. Client Engagement Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Manage executive-level relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving opportunities for new services and expansion. Provide thought leadership on business transformation and advise clients on Salesforce capabilities. Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute strategies to grow the Salesforce practice, expanding service offerings, and driving business growth. Manage resource planning to ensure optimal utilization across projects. Collaborate with the sales and pre-sales teams to generate new business opportunities and lead thought leadership. Solution Design Technical Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions. Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions. Required Skills Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including development (Apex, Lightning), integration, and configuration. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing diverse Salesforce teams. Expertise in agile project management methodologies and delivery of complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget. Strong experience in client engagement and managing executive-level relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering creative solutions to business challenges. Preferred Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps practices. Familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD pipelines). Experience with Salesforce analytics tools (Tableau, Einstein Analytics). Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, or other process frameworks.
