Solution Design Technical Leadership: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices in the design, implementation, and deployment of solutions. Collaborate with senior technical stakeholders to resolve complex challenges and deliver optimal solutions. Required Skills Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Salesforce project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in delivering Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, including development (Apex, Lightning), integration, and configuration. Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and growing diverse Salesforce teams. Expertise in agile project management methodologies and delivery of complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget. Strong experience in client engagement and managing executive-level relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering creative solutions to business challenges. Preferred Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps practices. Familiarity with modern software development practices (CI/CD pipelines).
