HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive (IT)

Your role will involve screening and shortlisting profiles from various sources, such as job portals, networking sites, references, and job hunting. You will be responsible for understanding job requirements and company specifications, evaluating candidate skills, and coordinating interviews and technical tests. Your strong coordination skills will be essential in managing the interview process and negotiation of salaries.
