As an HR Recruiter or Team Lead (Recruitment) at Manki Job Consultancy, Wakad Branch, you will play a crucial role in our fast-growing team located near Bhumkar Chowk, Pune. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting recruitment activities to source, screen, and select suitable candidates for various roles. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. - Managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. - Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing methods. - Providing timely updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
