We are looking for a proactive, and dynamic HR RECRUITER to join our HR team who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Location- Bhubaneswar Experience: MUST 1-3 years’ experience as HR Recruiter (NON IT Hiring Experience) Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle. Extensive and smart use of tools such as recruitment sources, Job Portals, LinkedIn and other social medias, for optimized search and selection of the right candidates. Maintaining day to day tracker with detailed records of candidate interviews and evaluations. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process. Manage the Employee lifecycle in organization from Selection to Exits Responsible for Talent Acquisition FOR SALES TEAM at all Middle level/ Senior Level positions as per deadlines Support initiatives to enhance the employer brand through social media, events, and networking. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the recruitment process. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
