Job Description:

We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters with a background in Gulf recruitment (Saudi, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) to join our growing recruitment network.

As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for overseas job openings, primarily in the Gulf region. This is a commission-based role with high earning potential for each successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for Gulf job requirements
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
• Use your database, network, or online platforms to find candidates
• Coordinate interviews and assist with documentation
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until deployment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Gulf recruitment (through a manpower or overseas agency)
• Strong understanding of blue-collar and mid-level roles (construction, oil & gas, MEP, healthcare, etc.)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of visa, documentation, and mobilization procedures is a plus

• Commission-based (per candidate joining)
