Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Screening:

    • Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates for entry-level and intermediate IT positions (e.g., Software Developers, QA Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Support, etc.) using job boards, social media (like LinkedIn), and our internal database.
    • Conduct initial

      screening calls

      to assess candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
    • Format and manage candidate resumes and profiles.
  • Pipeline Management:

    • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System

      (ATS)

      with accurate candidate information and progress.
    • Schedule interviews and manage correspondence with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Support the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
    • Proactively communicate with candidates on their application status.
  • Market Research:

    • Assist the senior recruiting team by performing

      market research

      on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and salary benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    0 to 1 year of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative support role. Experience supporting or recruiting for IT roles is a significant plus.
  • Technical Acumen:

    • Basic understanding of

      common IT roles

      and technical terminology (e.g., programming languages, cloud computing, databases, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Core Skills:

    • Excellent

      written and verbal communication

      and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong

      organizational skills

      and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in IT recruitment.
