Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from department heads.
Post job vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment portals.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions and offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Support onboarding and joining formalities.
Prepare daily and monthly recruitment reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
Fresher / Experienced.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Experience using Indeed and other job portals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
