We're Hiring – Junior Recruitment Executive
Location: Borivali West, Mumbai
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Joining: Immediate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Executive who is eager to build a successful career in Talent Acquisition. If you have hands-on experience using job portals and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments✔ Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases✔ Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements✔ Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience
✔ Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills✔ Confident, proactive, and eager to learn✔ Residing in or near Borivali/Mumbai preferred✔ Ready to join immediately and work 6 days a week
