HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 4 to 7 years of experience to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network, and a proven ability to attract, engage and hire quality talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role expectations and hiring timelines.

• Draft and publish job descriptions and source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals and databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews, and assess candidates on skills, experience and culture fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interview rounds, and collect timely feedback from interviewers.

• Negotiate compensation, roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until joining to minimise drop-offs.

• Conduct reference and background verification checks.

• Maintain candidate pipelines, talent pools and recruitment data in the ATS / trackers.

• Prepare and share regular MIS reports on hiring status, time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

• Build employer branding through job fairs, campus drives and networking events.

• Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.

• 4 to 7 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT / Non-IT ).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Telugu / Hindi is an added advantage.

• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and use of job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong negotiation, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.

• Good working knowledge of ATS tools, MS Office and recruitment MIS.

• Positive attitude, professionalism and a high sense of ownership.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates currently based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
