Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and other employment terms.
• Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closures for open positions.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Preferred Candidate

• Proactive, organized, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Willing to work from the office in Bhandup West, Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
