Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Location : Chennai, India.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in HR / Recruitment

Recruiter must be fluent in Tamil, and English.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our hospital team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, especially for healthcare and hospital staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for hospital staff.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and social media.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Maintain employee records and recruitment database.
Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on recruitment platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
Preferably experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Immediate joiners preferred
