Job Details

• Position: HR Recruiter
• Number of Openings: 3
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Salary: Minimum ₹10,000 per month + applicable commission
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Office Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
• Languages Required: Tamil, Malayalam, and Marathi

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential candidates from assigned states.
• Communicate job opportunities clearly and explain the role, eligibility criteria, and selection process.
• Engage with interested candidates and convert them into successful placements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability for the available roles.
• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Achieve recruitment and conversion targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, or Marathi.
• Confidence in speaking with candidates over phone calls.
• A persuasive, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain recruitment records.
• Willingness to work from the Navi Mumbai office as required under the hybrid arrangement.

Salary & Incentives

• Minimum monthly salary: ₹10,000.
• Additional earnings: Commission based on successful recruitment conversions, as per company policy.
