Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and role requirements
Draft, post, and promote job descriptions on various channels (job portals, social media, website)
Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary (phone / video) interviews, shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, manage feedback, follow-up with candidates
Conduct reference checks, background verification, employment offer negotiations
Maintain candidate database / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, source effectiveness)
Provide regular reports to HR leadership on pipeline, progress, challenges
Support employer branding efforts: campus hiring, recruitment marketing, events, job fairs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, data protection, and internal HR policies
Assist in onboarding new hires: documentation, orientation, joining formalities
