HR Recruiter

As a proactive HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent for our organization. You will utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to build strong talent pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include: - Effectively utilizing tools such as search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, and social channels to source qualified candidates. - Demonstrating success in direct sourcing techniques, including cold calling and internet searches. - Developing candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals. - Tracking and following up on all candidates, with a focus on connecting with potential candidates and scheduling interviews. - Conducting initial phone interview screens to evaluate candidates' skill levels, interests, and cultural fit. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in recruitment and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
