Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a professional handling responsibilities spanning across the HR, Procurement, and IT departments. Responsibilities include implementing and managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, managing procurement activities, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems. The role involves collaborating with multiple departments and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) functions including HR Management and knowledge of HR Policies
• Experience in handling Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and managerial skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with procurement processes and basic IT systems management is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work within and across teams
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred
