About Workforce Transformation (WX) Practice

The WX practice is a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys Consulting established with the intent of invigorating Infosys Consulting's service offerings and improving the footprint across new markets. This unit was designed to provide consulting & advisory services at the top of the value chain in North America, (NAM), Europe and the Emerging Markets (Asia, Middle East, ANZ, Africa).

Our Workforce Transformation practice in Europe, with over 150 specialists, supports large global firms and most recognizable local brands in solving their most significant challenges around Human Capital Management (HCM) Transformation, Organizational Change and Agile ways of working. Within the HCM transformation team, we offer various services enabling HR transformations through employee experience design, digital HR advisory, HR service delivery improvement and overall HR program and change management

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking Consultants, Senior Consultants and Principals with experience in HCM transformation to join our growing European practice. The HR Process Consultant with Oracle Cloud HCM expertise is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining HR processes using Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud solutions. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle HCM modules, and ensuring the software meets user needs for HR processes and talent management. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Learning.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze client's HR processes and system requirements, mapping them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose solutions that align with business needs and best practices.
  • Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, system configuration, and user guides.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with stakeholders to ensure the system's functionality aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM updates and enhancements and continuously improve HR processes.

Professionals we are looking for:

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and HR processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing HR projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to address system issues and optimize processes.
  • Training and Support: Ability to conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users.
  • Documentation: Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed documentation.
  • Overall experience of 5-15 years, with minimum of 3 years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM post MBA
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud HCM certification is highly desirable.
