HR & Payroll Assistant

Job Description: As an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations. Your primary role will involve validating and inputting data related to salary changes, deductions, reimbursements, and other related information. Additionally, you will be required to maintain HR metrics, keep confidential employee files, and provide support in general HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and assisting employees. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools is essential. Your attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, and interpersonal abilities will be crucial for success in this position. Moreover, you must demonstrate the capability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position located in Vasai East, reporting to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the HR domain. The working schedule includes day shifts, fixed shifts, and morning shifts at the designated work location.
