HR Partner

The position is based at Azim Premji University, Bengaluru and as a Human Resources professional, your responsibilities will include supporting the appraisal process by facilitating discussions with leaders, consolidating documents, maintaining records, analyzing data, and providing insights on necessary actions. You will also be responsible for managing HR processes such as onboarding, confirmation, and exits. Additionally, you will analyze and monitor aspects like attrition, providing regular qualitative inputs. As you grow in the role, you will be expected to handle complex people matters and collaborate with field leaders. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-7 years of work experience and preferably a post-graduation in Human Resource or Social Science. You are expected to possess effective communication skills, the ability to collaborate with different functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to handle confidential HR matters. Strong organizational skills and a passion to work in the social sector are also desirable attributes for this role.,
