Job Description

As a Senior Manager - HR Operations- Technology at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR-related technology projects to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Your role will involve collaborating with various Centers of Excellence (COEs) and stakeholders to understand their requirements, convert them into technological deliverables, and work with the IT team and external vendors to bring these projects to fruition. Your key responsibilities will include project planning and management for HR technology projects, gathering functional requirements from HR and translating them into technical requirements, working with the IT team to implement new processes and train HR users, managing costs and vendor support effectively, maintaining systems for continued operations and reporting efficiency, ensuring data integrity and system security, designing and generating queries, reports, and dashboards, training stakeholders and users on system utilization, and acting as a liaison between users, IT, and third parties. You will also be involved in analyzing organization-wide data across various parameters to generate business insights, designing and maintaining HR dashboards for manpower numbers and costs, presenting data to relevant stakeholders to encourage data-driven decision-making, analyzing attrition data and deriving insights, presenting trend analysis to aid in better employee retention, and various other tech projects as assigned. Your internal interactions will primarily involve HR COEs, IT Team, and Finance Team, while your external interactions will be with technology product and service providers. This role has a global geographical scope and requires a minimum educational qualification of Graduation, Dip./MBA in HR. Key skills for this role include understanding of technology, analytical skills, collaboration, adaptability, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience, with specific experience in implementing or supporting SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Central. Experience in other modules would be advantageous, and previous people management experience is required. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving HR technology projects, ensuring data-driven decision-making, enhancing employee retention strategies, and contributing to the overall success of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in the global landscape.,
