HR MANUFACTURING PROFESSIONAL

You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Employee Welfare policies such as Long Service Award, Meritorious Award, Diwali Gift, and Creche management. Additionally, you will handle Employee engagement initiatives like Sports Events and Engagement Events. Your role will involve overseeing Flexi manpower/FTE/APP lifecycle management and strengthening Employee Communication and grievance handling through Employee communication platforms. You will also be involved in planning and executing Family Day Events and managing Compensation & Benefits for Associates. Your responsibilities will also include Department Revenue Budget Management.
