HR Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic staffing plans for clinical and non-clinical departments. This includes coordinating recruitment efforts such as job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, you will ensure credentialing and licensure verification of clinical staff. As the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, you will play a crucial role in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment through team engagement initiatives. Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and taking action based on feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of policy and compliance, you will be in charge of developing and updating HR policies to align with hospital procedures and legal requirements. It will also be your responsibility to ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws, Joint Commission standards, and OSHA regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring confidentiality. You will need to identify training needs and coordinate continuing education for medical and support staff. Managing performance appraisal systems, developing staff, and organizing orientation programs for new hires will also fall under your purview. Providing guidance on employee benefits, leaves, and wellness initiatives will be part of your role concerning compensation and benefits. You will also contribute to workforce planning and budgeting, prepare HR metrics and reports for hospital leadership, and lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the hospital.
