Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field. 2+ years of HR experience ( manufacturing sector preferable) Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and factory compliance. Proficient in MS Office and HR software. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage a diverse workforce in a fast-paced production environment.
