Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lucknow
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 to 35,000 per month
Experience: 1-6years preferred
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to gas and petroleum services
Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing customers
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Coordinate with the operations and billing teams to ensure timely service delivery
Update and maintain the system with accurate customer data
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable
Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback to improve service
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: Business, Commerce, or Marketing)
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Familiarity with tools and basic computer knowle-first attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
