• Looking for experienced professionals with relevant experience in HR operations, (employee life cycle) payroll, statutory compliance, recruitment, performance appraisal, employee engagement, employee relation, exit formalities and office administration are encouraged to apply.

• Hands-on experience independently managing the complete HR function for 30 to 70 employees in a startups/ advertising agencies/ mid-sized company.

• Compensation:

  40,000 50,000 per month (Maximum CTC), inclusive of employer/employee PF and Professional Tax deductions, as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, and workforce requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Handle salary preparation, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
• Manage statutory compliance, including PF, PT, ESIC, Form 16, challans, and related documentation.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and rapport building.
• Manage employee onboarding, exit formalities, and full & final settlement.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance records.
• Independently manage end-to-end HR operations and coordinate with management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related discipline.
• minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Experience independently managing HR functions, preferably in a startup or growing organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
