Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Manager for the hypermarket in Qatar, your primary responsibility will be to oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the workforce, fostering high employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with the organizational goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that are in line with the company's objectives. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions such as cashiers, sales staff, incharge, supervisors, etc. - Supervise onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees. - Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and oversee disciplinary procedures. - Drive the performance management and appraisal processes within the organization. - Coordinate staff training, development programs, and initiatives for career growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated HR experience, preferably in the retail or hypermarket sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
