HR Manager

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for various key functions within the organization to ensure effective human resource management. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Human Resource Planning & HR Budgeting: - Develop and implement HR systems to facilitate individual and organizational growth. - Prepare and manage the HR budget for the hospital, ensuring expenses are in line with the approved budget. Recruitment & Selection: - Supervise recruitment activities, liaise with consultants, and coordinate interviews. - Conduct final rounds of interviews and oversee the issuance of offer letters and other documentation post onboarding. Training & Induction: - Design and coordinate hospital orientation and induction programs for new employees. - Ensure new employees receive necessary facilities and support for their on-the-job training. Statutory Compliances & NABH Aspects: - Supervise compliance with statutory regulations and NABH requirements for continuous departmental improvement. - Attend committee meetings, address observations, and submit quality data as required. Rewards & Recognition: - Develop and implement welfare activities and employee satisfaction surveys. - Drive employee engagement initiatives and promptly address grievances. Discipline & Conduct of Employees: - Maintain discipline and punctuality among staff, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and working hours. Additionally, you will be required to: - Handle any other duties assigned by the GM - Group Head HR. - Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should hold a Master's degree, have at least 10 years of HR experience, and be a certified Professional in Human Resources.
