HR Manager (Generalist)

As an experienced HR Manager (Generalist) seeking a new opportunity, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions in a contract-to-hire position based in Bengaluru. Your expertise in Talent Engagement, People Experience, HR Data Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development (OD) will be essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include partnering with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, leading employee lifecycle processes, performance management, and rewards frameworks, building and executing HR data analytics dashboards, designing and delivering OD and talent retention programs, fostering a vibrant and inclusive culture, and leading and mentoring a high-performing HR team. To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT/Tech industry, with a strong generalist background. A postgraduate degree or MBA in HR from a reputable institute is required, along with a proven track record of handling both strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
