Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies in line with labour law provisions.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Liaise with government and labour authorities, maintain statutory records, and handle inspections.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of statutory returns.
  • Monitor and implement employee welfare schemes as per legal guidelines.
  • Advise management on changes in labour legislation and their impact on the company.
  • Handle trade union matters (if applicable) and maintain industrial harmony.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on labour law compliance.
  • Maintain smooth HR operations while safeguarding the company’s legal and ethical standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
