Location - Andheri East

Roles & Responsibilities:

• For Recruitment (70%):
• Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
• Profiles like Senior Events, MICE & EXPO Sales, CS & Operations .

For Operational Role: (30%):

• Employee Relations.
• Performance Track of each department.
• Training and Development.
• Weekly Fun Friday Activities.
• Employee Grievances
• Monitoring & Supervising Internal team.
• Experienced in business decision with management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
