As an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing HR policies to drive high performance and create a positive organizational culture that attracts new talents and retains existing employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare all HR related documents & Policies - Track employee performance and provide training and support to enhance it - Improve the work culture in the organization to foster team building and loyalty - Communicate with the team on behalf of the owners - Assist the CEO in work coordination - Demonstrate fluency in English - Possess good communication skills in both writing and speaking - Exhibit leadership skills - Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint In addition to the primary responsibilities, you must be a female candidate with a minimum age of 25 years and married.
