HR Manager & Compliance manager

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning. You will also maintain all statutory registers and records, conduct HR audits, ensure legal compliance, handle employee grievances, and manage attendance, leave, and HRMIS. Additionally, you will be preparing compliance and HR reports for management.
