Job Description

As an HR Executive at Chate Coaching Classes, Chinchwad, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR activities for our branch. Your primary responsibilities will include handling recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, managing attendance records, and supporting basic administrative tasks to ensure a seamless operational flow. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing the recruitment process for teachers, telecallers, content team, and admin staff. This will include conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with the Head Office for necessary HR documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, attendance sheets, and providing support during the onboarding and orientation process for new hires. You will also play a key role in managing internships, appraisals, and exit formalities as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a basic understanding of HR processes. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel will be beneficial, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality is essential. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. While prior experience in an educational setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
