JOB TITLE: Manager HR, IR, EHS & Administration REPORTING TO: Head HR & Administration KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Plant HR & Administration Compliance & Legal: Licenses, approvals, NOCs & consents from government departments related to industrial & labor laws Recruitment & Talent Management Training & Development Conducting employee awareness programs on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Payroll Administration & Leave Management Employee Engagement Activities: Suggestion schemes, open forums, sports, skip-level 1-2-1 meetings, and recreation events Security, Transportation & Canteen Management Statutory Compliance: Maintaining records & filing returns under industrial & labor laws Handling Customer Audits Attrition Analysis & Employee Participation QUALIFICATIONS: MBA / MSW / PGDM EXPERIENCE: 10-15 years REQUIRED SKILLS: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) Strong Negotiation & Effective Communication skills Creative Thinking, Planning & Organizing abilities Decision-Making & Problem-Solving expertise Ir & Hr, Administrator, Payroll Administration
