Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Intern located in Faridabad. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, managing HR records, and assisting with employee benefits administration. The HR Intern will also help in implementing HR policies and procedures, supporting personnel management, and ensuring compliance with company regulations.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
