HR Intern - India Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn about human resources practices and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support daily tasks and contribute to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.

• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations.

• Perform research on HR best practices and industry trends.

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
