We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our sourcing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the foundations of sales, communication, and client outreach in a fast-paced environment similar to Airbnb's marketplace.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sourcing team with email outreach and follow-ups to potential clients/hosts.
Support scheduling meetings and calls between the team and prospects.
Conduct cold calling to generate interest and build a pipeline of leads.
Help with lead generation and database management.
Draft and maintain reports on outreach activities and responses.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new prospecting strategies.
Candidates should have 1 year of experience in sales or an MBA in marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with new people over phone/email.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
A willingness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
