Job Description

Role Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Evaluate key HR processes, propose improvements, and support implementation.
  • Develop standardized employee communication templates.
  • Support data accuracy across platforms following Redaptive's recent tool upgrades and help establish ongoing data maintenance procedures.
  • Review RSPL People policies to ensure market alignment and regulatory compliance

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
