HR Intern IT Recruiter

As an HR Intern IT Recruiter at the company located in Sector 14, Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment while working in an onsite capacity. Your stipend will range from 10,000 to 15,000 per month, and you should have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in recruitment. You will play a crucial role in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles, understanding job descriptions and tech stacks, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment for Non-IT roles. Working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers, you will ensure a smooth recruitment process. - **Source and screen candidates for IT roles such as Developers, QA, and DevOps - Understand and evaluate job descriptions and tech stacks - Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers - Support recruitment for Non-IT roles as required - Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers** - **Minimum 6 months experience in IT recruitment - Strong understanding of common IT roles and tech stacks like Java, Python, .NET, AWS, etc. - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Ability to differentiate between front-end, back-end, and full-stack roles - Willingness to quickly learn new tech terminologies** In addition to gaining valuable recruitment experience, you will also benefit from mentorship from experienced recruiters, exposure to diverse tech domains, and various hiring strategies. This internship may lead to a performance-based full-time opportunity based on your performance. Please note that this is a full-time internship position with a contract length of 2 months.
